Traveling and Eating !!!!

I know it has been a while since I posted something but, we have been so busy lately. We are on the go constantly and she loves it. We went to Joe's birthday party this weekend and she did OK. She was so tired and cranky she had to cry herself to sleep. She can get herself so worked up sometimes, I can only imagine what the drama will be like when she gets older. She is getting bigger everyday and I can't believe we are close to four months already, where has the time gone. I just want to save every moment with her and not ever let go or forget. On to the good stuff, we went traveling in April and went to the doctor and got the OK to introduce food. Oh, has it been an experience.

As most of you know she has horrible tummy and bowel problems. And after three days of non stop screaming we went to the doctor and she said we can start eating rice cereal. Not only was I excited but, she loves it. Here is her dad feeding her and picture with food all over, the messier the better she says. It has helped tremendously with her hunger issues but, we now have a whole new level of projectile vomit. We go back for our four month shots in a couple weeks so hopefully we can get things worked out. For her sake and for my wardrobes sake, I have to make multiple outfit changes a day, she just prefers to just go naked.

Well, she is a worldly traveler already. At the end of April we went to Maryland to see my family. She got to meet her Memaw's and Pappy's, they were so excited to see her and I was oh so proud to show her off. She did absolutely wonderful on the plane and didn't make a peep. She woke up a couple of times but, she slept the rest of the way. One of the passengers said that we should all sign her ticket and give it to her when she turns eighteen. I guess that means she did good, thank goodness. I figure she was going to scream her head off for payback of all the times I have been on a plane and had to hear a screaming baby.

I have so many pictures from the trip and would love to post them all but, I won't. I just put some up to highlight the trip. If you want to see more just give me a call and I will be more than willing to share.
Audrianna with her Pappy, this was such a good picture. He seemed to be a natural and they just loved each other, well, until she started crying and then she was all mine.

A picture of the house and the backyard. Oh, what a vacation, it was so nice I almost didn't want to leave. I can't imagine getting to see that everyday.

My girl is a beach goer already. She got to put her feet in the water and was not sure what was going on. She even laid in her coverall and sunbathed for a minute.

This is a picture with my Pappy Burger. Everyone says she looks like her dad but, I think I see the Burger in her in this pic.

Here's my girl with her Memaw. She was having some tummy troubles that day and it seemed like nothing was keeping her happy. My poor memaw posed for a picture anyway. She said that I just needed to top her off (give her more to eat) to fix her tummy problems.

3 Months Old !!!

Well, we are officially 3 months old, where did the time go. We went to visit my family in Maryland last week and had a blast. Everyone thought she was gorgeous of course and kept calling her their Texas Beauty. It was so good to see my Grandparents, I hadn't seen them in quite a long time and I was so proud to show off Audrianna. I will have pictures up soon of our trip.

She is hitting milestones everyday, she can sit up so well and loves to talk and coo. And expects you to talk back to her and give your undivided attention, she is only a little spoiled. My friend Kristi gave me this jumper and she loves it though the only thing she can do right now is eat it but, she seems good with that.

We got her ears pierced this weekend and she did fairly well. She was already cranky so I figured lets just make her really mad at me. Angie held her though so she couldn't be too mad at me. At first she thought it was food so she was laughing and thought it was funny but, that soon changed. She only cried for a little bit afterwards and now looks so cute with her earrings.

Up to Date

Here's Gabbie and Levi, Angie's children. They both did so well holding her. This was the first time Angie babysat while I went and got my hair done. We both did o.k., though I missed her so much, I was only gone two hours but, it seemed like forever.

A lot of you have seen this pic but, I love it. Here is Audrianna with the twins ( Gabbie and Olivia) I'm still not sure who is who but, it is getting easier as they are getting older. They were born January 27, 2009, the day after I was due, so they are a week older than my girl. I can't wait till they get older and they can play together.

As most of you know I am a dog lover and here she is with Pepe (chihuahua) all cuddled up and sleeping. He has been doing amazingly well, considering he is so very jealous. And then there is Roxy she is only 10 weeks old and already a monster. She is going to be Audrianna's pony to ride.

Our 1st holiday, Easter. I was not prepared to be in the picture but, she still looks adorable. I think that she loves having her picture taken, unlike her mom. We went to our friends Kami & Joe's for Easter and everybody loved her. Plus she got to hang with the twins for a little bit.

After tons of opinions on pacifier versus thumb, I thought it was best to let her decide what was going to comfort her. At first she really like the pacifier but, then, oh my, she found her thumb and since than the pacifier is a distant memory. Sometimes she prefers the thumb, sometimes a finger or two and if she is really going for it she will put the whole fist in her mouth. She sure does have a mind of her own already.

Here she is just hangin' out in her new shades. The sun was so bright and I thought she could use some glasses to protect those eyeballs. I think I liked them more than she did but, it made for a cute photo.

Here she is at 2 weeks old, she was just chillin' and extremely content in her boppy. That pillow has been a life saver. She does just about everything in it.

I am going to just go through a quick time line to get everybody up to date. I have thousands of pictures and could put them all up but, I'm sure it would be overload. I think everything she does is cute and worth taking a picture for but, I will only give you the special moments.

Audrianna Martin born 2/4/2009 at 4:35 am weighing 8lbs 11oz. and was almost 22 inches long.

Here we are at the hospital, she seems so tiny compared to now. We were trying to get ready to go. I can't believe that was months ago, it is a moment I want to remember forever.

Welcome, All !!

Well, I have joined the blogging world. I thought this would be a good way for family and friends to keep up with what's going on in Audrianna's world. That way even if you can't see her everyday you still can get a idea of how she's doing. I am going to post a bunch of pictures so everybody can see how things have been since she was born and from there I will try to keep it updated as often as possible.
