Time for the Holiday's!!

My Happy little girl, or for right now. We have had our first illness, Audrianna has an eye and ear infection and I feel for my girl. But, let's make this known, I am a spoiled mom, Audrianna goes to bed by 7pm (at the very latest, usually, around 6:30pm) and sleeps uninterrupted till 7:30 am. Well, this all changed Monday evening when Mom got to get up every 45 mins. to an hour because her poor girl didn't feel good. Now, I have no problem doing this because I want to do everything I can to comfort her but, I felt like a train wreck the next day. I don't realize how much I appreciate my sleep, I do NOW!! But, after a trip to the doc., a prescription of antibiotics, and a visit to our much loved Auntie Jess for an adjustment we are slowly but, surely on the mend. If the weather would decide what it wants to do it would be a lot better, some days are better than others.
We did our holiday pics and announcements and they will soon be on their way and of course I had to get so cute holiday outfits so, here is Audrianna in her cute tutu and bow Christen made for her. Courtney (pickofthevinephotography.com) is our photographer and she does an amazing job and will be taking some wonderful pics of her in her tutu and our holiday announcements.
She was really tired but, she was a trooper for me and let me take just a couple of snapshots of her before she had a complete meltdown. It was time for bed!
So, we had a huge rival game Cowboys vs. Eagles and Jess requested I make my hot wings, this will probably be the last time Jess eats these after seeing the amount of fat that goes into making them. But, we managed to get a couple pics of the girls with their custom bows before I had to sadly watch the Eagles lose. There is another game ahead of us and maybe just maybe we will win that one.
Olivia in her cute bow, cheering on her team!!
Audrianna all decked out and Olivia not having any of the Eagles!!
Audrianna getting to spend so time with her girls!!
Gabby on the left and Olivia on the right, GO TEAM!!! I just can't bring myself to say go cowboys!?!

Audrianna's Great Grandma Dee and Great Grandpa Jack bought her 1st rocking chair and she just thought this was sssooo exciting. The only sad part is that she weighed so much it won't rock but, she loved it anyway.

My girl is getting so big and is ssoo independent. She is growing up so fast, we went to her 9 month check up earlier this month and all is good. She of course has a head in the 93% and her weight is in the 75% but, she is hitting more and more milestone. She is on the go and crawling but, now thinks that she can walk, she constantly stands up and lets go, all the while looking at you for a response, before we know it she will be walking. She can wave bye-bye and knows the sign for milk, she is also working on her first words, is you ask her for her car she can say ka, and if she wants a car she can say ka. Where has the time gone, she use to be soo tiny and stationary!

Audrianna and Gabbie, I hadn't seen Gabbie in so long and needed to get a snapshot of the two of them.

OH, The Places We Go!!!

OOPS, MOM, I got busted. So, she had just started crawling at this point, and I had made the assumption that she couldn't get into things like this. What a new mom I am, now do I ever know. She had an absolute blast and I think she liked the blankets more than some of her toys, figures!!
And two weeks later, she is now unstoppable and all I did was go to the car to get my purse, really!! She is on the go and there is no holding her back, she got these off the very top shelf of her bookcase, the top shelf, I don't even think her arms are that long but, she got them off and thought they were hilarious. I didn't think it was so funny when she was trying to eat them, it's a miracle that we haven't had to make a trip to the ER yet, knock on wood, somewhere.

Here we are at a festival in Springtown, she was hilarious and had a ton of fun sleeping through most of it. She got to try her first snow cone when she did wake up and then her first sugar high ensued. And that is when I decided she is no longer allowed to have sugar. She was a crazy bottle of energy for two hours and then she crashed and when I say crashed I mean full on meltdown and trying to sleep at the same time. But, I had way to much fun myself and spent way more than I should but, at least it was all spent on her.
So, I have this gate so the dogs can't in but, all she wants to do is get OUT!! So, after about a week of the gate, it is no more, unless I want to listen to her scream and of course we don't want that.
So, we are still so busy I can't keep my head straight and are going to mommy and me, going shopping, eating, and traveling, and loving it. But, as I sit her and type this I must give thanks and be thankful. As most of you know I am having some health issues and Friday Sept. 23rd is D-day (it was the only thing that came to mind). The doctor said the odd are great, actually amazing, 90% chances that all cancerous cells will be gone, what great odds. I really do hope that this is it because we all know how much I love to worry, and I really don't think I can worry anymore, I can't take it and I am sure the people around me think I am nuts. So, with that being said, after surgery I have to be off my feet and I am not suppose to lift anything over 20lbs, does the doctor not know my child, HELLO, we hit 20lbs. months ago!! So, really I am suppose to not lift her for a week, what am I going to do?? I thankfully have wonderful family and friends that are going to help out but, it's going to be so hard. But, with lots of help I am sure I will make a speedy recovery, I have too, we have pics again on the 31st.
Anyway, that being said, I must thank all my new friends, all my old friends, and all of my family because without that support and happiness I would be truly lost. I think that God places people in our lives for reasons and everyone in my life I have right now I am very thankful to them for all they do, whether they make me laugh, cry, babysit, help me shop, take me to dinner, or make me bows they are all important and I want to just say thank you for all that you do.
I want to also make a note of how proud Audrianna and I are of her dad, he had made an accomplishment that most people never conquer and I know if she could tell him how proud she is of him she would. I think that she shows her happiness with all the time she gets to spend with him.
On to more fun stuff, we are having pictures taken again by our wonderful photographer for our Christmas announcements. I know it's early but, you gotta get stuff done quickly that way we can have more fun shopping for Christmas.
I thought since I was talking about family I should make sure to include all my family, yes, that means the five dogs I have. I know you all think I am nuts but, they have always had a soft spot in my heart and if they weren't with me then they could be at some home where people treat them badly so, the more the merry. When I say that though, no more, I am at my limit, well, unless, I move to a hundred acre farm, then I might have to do some renegotiating. So, here we go.

Pepe Le Pew
(the oldest and the most jealous he was not a happy camper when Audrianna came into the picture)
He does amazing now and even lets her pull and drool all over him. He is completely spoiled though and is truly Grandma's dog, I think it's only cause she feeds him table foods. They should both get spankings for that but, I let it slide, cause he is my baby.

Fifi la Fume
(she is suppose to be Pepe's girlfriend but, they seem to have a more love/hate relationship)
She came to me right after Audrianna was born and was very sick at first but, she is a tough little thing and is as feisty as ever. She even tries to attack Roxy(Saint Bernard) like she is gonna beat her up or something.

Hot Roxy
(she got her name from Audrianna's grandma and she is my gentle giant, and Audrianna's little pony)
She is the sweetest dog ever, but, it also huge. And even though I knew this when I purchased this giant puff ball I still manage to love her.

Coco (yes, I know he is a boy but, I let Gabbie pick her name, and I believe the first name she choose was even more crazy)
The lady that I adopted him from said he was suppose to be a Schnauzer/daschund mix but, I think the lady was nuts and he is mostly Schnauzer, just my opinion.
Hannah (she is the second of the bunch that I got)
For someone that doesn't like affection (talking about myself ) she constantly craves hugs and cuddling.

Look Out World, Here I Come !!

So, we are seven months old and on the go!! She has finally started crawling, I don't know why I say finally she is doing everything so fast I can hardly remember it all. She now believes that since she can crawl she is going to walk too. I am waiting for a bad accident to happen but, she is a tough little girl! She can also sit up and loves to crawl and sit, crawl and sit, and show off her new skills.
We made it through the pictures and they turned out beautiful, I might be a little biased but, I can't imagine them more perfect. I am so glad I got to do this with her now before she can rip the tutus and bows off her head, I pray that does not happen, ever.

Since she is crawling she has become even more attached to me, not that I am complaining in the least. But, I would prefer that she be able to have someone else hold her other than me or grandpa. She can now crawl to me and makes a bee line to me as soon as she sees me. Since she is crawling she can now put all kinds of things in her mouth, thankfully, nothing bad at this point.

I am so amazed by her and the things that she does on a daily basis. It is wonderful to watch this little person look at their toes and just be amazed. Or watch their expression when you talk and try to explain something to them, knowing she doesn't fully understand you but, is trying so hard. She is just a sponge wanting to absorb it all and I feel the same, I just want to absorb all the wonders that she sees and the things that amaze her. She gives me strength when I feel like I have none and puts a huge smile on my face each and every day and I have never been so thankful.

We are still going to mommy and me and have had two new friend that are going with us, Gabrielle and Olivia, Jessica's girls. I wish I could explain the happiness and excitement that she gets out of this class. It is 45 minutes of tumbling, singing, and sometimes I think I get more of a workout then she does but, she loves it, so we must continue on.

Land of The BOWS!!!

Well, we have entered the world of custom made bows. I have a ton of small bows and as we all know my child has a rather large head (97Th percentile to be exact) so, I was never able to use those because they look a little silly. So, my great friend Jess has a wonderful friend Christen that makes bows and when I saw them, oh I had to have some. It has now become an addiction and I have a hard time remember what I have ordered and what is on the way. But, they are well worth it, they look so amazing and the size compliments her unusually large head. Anyway, we are almost 7 months old and are getting oh so close to crawling. She can get up on her knees and then just rocks, she can army crawl like a champ. She has almost mastered sitting up but, if she is in a mood she will just throw herself back and be lazy. We are eating straight from the table now and she loves it. She can get a little picky if I give her food that is a little to complex but, hey I'm trying to get her to be an adventurous eater. She is definitely an aggressive eater and even gets a little jealous if you try and eat in front of her.

Her personality is coming out more and more each day and I can't believe all the things that she tries to do each day. She is so energetic and strong and I am amazed at how I have the strength each day to keep up with her. She is the best part of my life and I am so glad to see her smiling face every morning.

So, we got professional pictures done this Sunday and they went fairly well. The theme was apples so, I had a bow and a tutu made and the photographer brought apples and many other props. She did OK until it was breakfast time and then had a mini breakdown, from there it did get better. She was not smiling at all for the apple pictures and as soon as I put her in a different dress wow, all was better, little did I know red was not her color and she just prefers yellow. From then on she finally decided to smile and act like the cute girl I know. We will get those back soon and I can't wait to see how they turned out.

Oh, I should not forget all her teeth she has. She already has two on the bottom and the other day Angie said, "Hey, you know she has two top teeth." Of course I had not realized that and sure enough there are two top teeth with a third top tooth about to come in as well. Amazingly they have not bothered her to much though the drool is out of control. Pretty soon she will be eating corn on the cob, ha ha.

6 MONTHS OLD!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUDRIANNA!! So, we are officially 6 months old. I can't believe it and am so amazed at each and everything she does each day. We did unfortunately have to go to the doctors today and get her shots but, she was a trooper and didn't cry too much. Because she is my little eater the doctor gave the o.k. to try any foods she wants and expects by 9 months she will be eating all table foods. My wise friend Jess has this whole eating from the table idea and I was so perplexed and a little cautious about it but, I think we are going to jump right in, just like her (she knows how I love to steal her ideas). So tomorrow she will have toast and cut up bananas for breakfast. I already have a good stock pile of homemade pureed baby food, such, as tomato & cauliflower gratin, beef stew with parsnips and carrots, and pears with apples and cinnamon. After we eat all that we will enter a whole new food world, I know she can't wait and either can I.
She is so very active all day and keeps me busy, I can't imagine what it will be like when she starts crawling. And by the way, we are almost there, she can inch along and almost crawled a couple feet today. She loves to roll all over the place and get into things she shouldn't get into. She can almost sit on her own, she is picky, or I say lazy and if she doesn't want to sit she just throws herself back. We are still taking our Mommy & me class and I can't believe how excited she gets when we get there and loves the class so much. We are going to continue to take the fall semester, and I am sure she will be the little tumbler by the end of the semester.

Here she is in her play yard, I call it her own little zoo. She just looks out through it and talks to all of us at work. And then when we don't pay enough attention to her she screams and makes herself heard.

The ZOO...

So, since there was a cool wave, I know it was only a whopping 92 degrees but, hey you gotta take what you can get. Angie, Gabi, Levi, Audrianna, and I decided to go to the zoo and we had such fun. We got there before they opened and left before the heat got to bad. I love all the cute animals, I wish I could take them all home, I do know that I can't. Audrianna had a blast, she didn't cry once and loved just hanging in her carrier. She took a short nap after lunch and then we headed home.
Gabi, Audrianna, and Levi posed for a picture in front of the zoo. Of course Audrianna had something in her mouth, she has to be chewing on something at all times, darn those teeth.

We all took a picture in front of an animal exhibit not sure which animal it was, the important part is there is a pic of all of us. Because we got there so early all the animals were out and we got to see every exhibit.

I was trying to educate Audrianna on the sea life. She was actually very intrigued by the all the fish and aquatic life. Like mother like daughter.

We are getting more and more pictures with her actually smiling. It is all good practice for next month when we have her 6 month pics done.

You would think maybe I could make it a whole day without getting puked on considering she was never facing me but, no. We were walking along and all of a sudden I felt a nice warm liquid run down my leg and sure enough she puked right down my leg. At least she didn't break her routine.

After we left the zoo we stopped by a train that takes you all through the park. I think that Audrianna loved the train ride the most, she just looked all around and had a huge smile on her face the whole time. We had so much fun and I can't wait to take her back when she gets older and can really get excited by all the animals. It wore both of us out and she was snuggled in her bed by 5:30pm, it was a long day for her

4th of July !!

Finally, a good picture with her smiling. Every time anyone pulls out a camera she gets a frown on her face and refuses to smile. She did pretty good for her first 4th of July. Most all of you know she goes to bed by 6:30pm every night but, I managed to keep her up till almost 8:00pm tonight with out her being a terror. She even watched a couple fireworks, she loved the lights, and hated the noise. She then went to sleep but, woke up an hour later and had enough of the fireworks and all the noise. She then had a major meltdown so, we had to leave. We had a ton and fun and thanks to Angie and Jaime for the fireworks and the food.

I have never been a picture person but, now that I have her I am really starting to want my picture taken more and more. Only if she is in the pic., of course. And since I was such a bad blogger last month I think that I am doing good so far for this month.
